I am sure the chairman would not want to mislead people either into thinking that labor was at the table, as he said, because in the list of witnesses on the one hearing we had, there was no representation from labor. There was no testimony from labor. So they were not part of the deal. Those maritime interests that are concerned about this issue were not part of any deal.
