I am delighted to hear from the Chairman of the Committee on International Relations that this mechanism is being set up for consultations through the committee process between the U.S. Congress and the European Parliament. I think that will go a long way to improve understandings and prevent, hopefully, debacles of this kind or near debacles of this kind.
