I rise also to pay tribute to Dev O'Neill... He has recorded it for us and for history. He has been a true professional in the field of photography. Mr. Speaker, I wish him well in all that he seeks to undertake in the future, good health, happiness, and some time of his own to look at the rest of the world through the eyes of that camera and see something other than the Capitol dome and the heads of Members of Congress.
