I think it’s commendable really for a lot of these neighboring countries that do open up their doors where there is a -- when there’s an influx of people that are crossing their border and create policies.

It's just creating fear. What they are doing is creating confusion, chaos, trying to intimidate people from being able to exercise their regular, normal activities that they would.
