I am worried we are going to go back to the days when seniors in Minnesota, for instance, don't have the same options as seniors in Miami or in New York City.

It seems like a good start, but there is certainly more we can do to bridge the gap or repair the system.
One of the fundamental shortcomings I believe of the health care law as well is the failure to recognize that in some States like Minnesota we have a pretty low uninsured rate and a well-functioning marketplace.
And, Dr. Berwick, I think this is essential to actually get to the crux of the problem.
I want to make sure that the new law does not provide any additional layers of regulation that would stifle, I guess, innovation and raise costs.
