Denis McDonough: “That's a major help to us.”

We should be able to watch this develop and be in a position to make sure that we have the people and the space to take care of those vets.

You and your fellow Senators have kept the heat on and the delegation have kept the heat on us.

We want to make sure that we compete for the veterans' care, and we can compete on quality, and we want to make sure that veterans know that we're invested in their quality.

That's a major help to us.
