There's a palpable, massive disaffection in the country. And here you have Donald Trump and AOC that may have very different political perspectives and backgrounds, but they're both disrupters.

I am calling on every single one of my colleagues tonight to initiate something similar in their districts, so we can get to know each other, find our common ground, and actually inject some optimism into a country that needs it.

It's meaningful to us. It's important to us. And we are feeling feelings, and fears, and threats that I think none of us ever anticipated feeling in this country as Americans.

Only if the former president refuses, or if questioning uncovers possible criminal activity, should an investigation be initiated.
