I rise in opposition to the slate of permitting bills that the Republican majority has brought to the House Floor this week.

I urge the Republican House Majority to stop bringing these harmful and nonsensical attacks on our public health and the environment to the House floor.

We cannot afford to abandon these investments during a worsening climate crisis.

Impeachment is the most consequential tool Congress has for upholding our duty to defend the Constitution and protect the American people from a president who has betrayed his oath and engaged in illegal conduct.
