Considering the Department's experience in working with SARS and MERS over the past 20 years, two respiratory illnesses that are similar to COVID-19, I would like to know what the Department of Defense and the Army in particular are doing to work with our other Federal agencies and partners, the FDA, CDC, and HHS in developing a vaccine.

It is one thing to call you back here for 5 minutes of testimony and talk to you about it. It is something else to go out on the reservation and actually talk to people and see the challenges that you are facing on the reservations.
