I rise in support of the FY2026 Financial Services and General Government and National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs Appropriations Act.

Well, in my opinion, being present when some of the stuff happened, that is an unintended consequence, totally unintended consequence.

I expressed my serious concerns with how this resolution was written then, but nothing has changed.

The American people just want to afford the basic necessities for everyday life, but this administration is not doing anything to help them with the cost of living crisis.
