Action on the part of this Congress and our President to ultimately protect our own citizens and men and women in uniform and the protection of our sovereignty and our constitutional rights is really the question here. None of us should be frightened by a fear that somehow bin Laden or Milosevic would not be appropriately treated. We have now had the Judiciary Committee hold hearings for the last 2 days on a military tribunal. Our President has already spoken as to how they might deal with terrorists once captured.
