For the Record, because of an allegation that I believe is patently false and that results from the exploration and the understanding of how these materials get transported across our country, I ask that the International Association of Fire Chiefs letter in support of this legislation be printed in the Record. The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) fully supports this legislation and urges prompt passage. Enclosed for your information is a resolution adopted by the IAFC which states our concerns about the storage of nuclear fuel and the compelling reasons to enact this legislation now.
