Thank you for being here, Secretary Vilsack. It is a great honor to be here with you on my birthday.
I believe that the work NTIA is doing is critical to helping us close the digital divide.
I am concerned that these proposals are not practical for the agriculture community.
I just want to end my comments by saying thank you.
