The reality is, our industrial growth is climbing. Its emissions have rapidly dropped. The emission today of greenhouse-like gases, as we would argue, do not come from our industrial base. Yet this is where we send our regulatory effort. I oppose the legislation. I hope the Senate will vote against it.
