Absolutely. I think it is clearly the appropriate day to debate what is the total impact of our current Government's need based on net, based on taxation on the lives of the average citizen. When you do that, I think that is absolutely right. It gets well past the 40 percent mark in many instances. You have to factor in, as I think you have, and when I talk abut 38 percent I am not factoring in State government in many instances, but you are doing so, I think, and that is a very important part.
