I ask unanimous consent Senator Baucus and Senator Schumer be recognized to offer amendment No. 810 and that there be 30 minutes equally divided in the usual form; provided further that following that time the amendment be temporarily set aside for Senator Sununu to offer amendment No. 873, and that there be 30 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form.
