I have said to Senator Reid what we normally do with a second-degree amendment is give it a vote. We certainly would like that vote on our amendment. We think it is appropriate. We think it is within the rules. It is a responsible way to dispose of this issue and move on. I hope we get to that vote. We think it is right. It is appropriate. It is within the rules. It is important for the Congress and this Senate to speak to the issue of forest health and do so in some form. We think the amendment is adequate in that.
