I do not know how you can support the Levin amendment because it undermines basically all of those policies. The bankruptcy code establishes a structure that ensures everyone who is owed money by the debtor will be treated fairly when the debtor is given, in essence, a fresh start under the law. The main purpose of the bankruptcy reform measures we are working on is to get more debtors to pay back more of the debts they owe to more of their creditors. There needs to be a greater sense of fairness and balance brought. I think the fundamental underlying bill offers that. The Levin amendment is a carve-out, and I think it flies in the face of those general policies.
