In the testimony of a person arrested for holding up a 7- Eleven--he went in with a baseball bat; this is true evidence--when he was being questioned as to why he used a bat instead of a gun in the commission of a crime, he said, Because if I use a gun in the commission of a crime, I do time in a Federal jail, just as the Senator has spoken to. So he chose the baseball bat as his weapon and not the firearm. That happened in Richmond under Project Exile.”
