We have heard a great deal about judges who dissent too much. She was criticized by the Democrats for some of her speeches, that she was ``out of the mainstream,'' even though she received this phenomenal vote in California. Didn't Justice Brown write more majority opinions than any other justice in the Supreme Court of California--in the last term, I believe is what they are saying?”
