I'm very glad you held this hearing, and I'm hopeful that we are going to come up with some solution here.

The Non-Profit Energy Efficiency Act provides assistance to nonprofit organizations to help them make their buildings more energy efficient.

The two of us were also excited to be part of the Shaheen/Portman Energy Efficiency bill that passed at the end.

I think that's very important if we want to show that this works.
