You expect leaders to deliver results, not excuses, and you are rightfully tired of this partisan theater and the punchlines.

(Schierer) knows what it takes to hammer out results by bringing together the private sector, the public sector and the people – because that’s what he did as mayor.

If we have an issue with the city, well then, we have our mayor here (to) work out every problem with every city.

I think part of what we need is more sunshine on what’s happening here, and more transparency, and people understanding how truly bad this is.
