Sufficient resources should be devoted to anticipating and addressing such issues prior to contract listing, rather than after problems arise.

As governor, I will reduce premiums to deliver immediate cost relief and value for Minnesota families, small businesses, farmers and those without employer coverage.

I’ll make the case because it’s good for our national security and brings costs down at the pump.
