And one of the ideas put out there, if they are just simply not going to or are unable to get bipartisan support for a nominee, enough, at least, to put us over the top so we get a confirmed nominee, is Senator Durbin's idea to actually put the ATF under the FBI if for a number of years it goes without getting a confirmed Director.
