Mr. President, can I just commend Senator Dodd and Senator Shelby for setting this tone. There was an article this weekend about how we are working together on a major piece of legislation. As my colleagues can see from the amendment, Senator Hutchison and I have a bipartisan amendment, and I appreciate the chairman's openness to this amendment and his kind words. I thank him for his work.
