If we have an issue with the city, well then, we have our mayor here (to) work out every problem with every city.

There are plenty of people that will bring things up that they’re worried about, and you talk to them about that.

Sufficient resources should be devoted to anticipating and addressing such issues prior to contract listing, rather than after problems arise.

Clearly, we need a long-term response.
