I appreciate you bringing up the ECHO model.

This is a hard problem to solve, but it is a solvable problem.

Even before the pandemic, childcare was a huge struggle for families, the lack of access, the lack of affordability.

I think this is exactly the kind of solution that we need in order to address this problem of childcare.
