Amy Klobuchar: “She’s going to have that moment to show us with that is all about. Not only is this historic, first black woman nominee.”

Our state must take terrorism and violent crime head on, working with our federal law enforcement and local police departments to keep Minnesotans safe.

We don’t want to have a situation where high-error-rate states get off scot-free while the rest of us pay.

We’re grateful to everyone involved for their quick response and we will continue working closely with law enforcement as the investigation continues.

This shows why we continue to need major coordinated investments in anti-terrorism and local law enforcement to stop attacks like these.
