A group of women Senators is here to talk about the Violence Against Women bill, and as my colleague from Arizona was referencing, this is a bill where there has been unity for well over a decade. We have a number of Republican sponsors. We are up to 61 sponsors, men and women, who have come together to say that violence against women is not okay. The first speaker is the Senator from Maryland, Senator Mikulski. The ACTING PRESIDENT pro tempore. The Senator from Maryland.
