The minute I heard when they said Hawks and when Jack Smith said I never was at an Atlanta game, when you’re from the Midwest, the Hawks also mean the Hawkeyes.

I gotta be honest — sometimes compassion is having consequences because if they think no one’s going to do anything about it, and they can just roam around and do more of this … you’re going to just continue it and expand it.

This shows why we continue to need major coordinated investments in anti-terrorism and local law enforcement to stop attacks like these.
