“With the U.S. cattle herd at its smallest size in over 70 years, many farmers and ranchers need new opportunities to stay afloat,” said Klobuchar.

Sufficient resources should be devoted to anticipating and addressing such issues prior to contract listing, rather than after problems arise.

“We must keep our covenant with the Afghans who served beside us, risking everything — often at great personal expense to themselves and their families — to further America’s mission,” said Senator Klobuchar.

This legislation reiterates that those attempts at voter intimidation are unlawful and protects Americans’ constitutional right to vote.
