I don`t think you can overstate it. I think Judge Luttig said that still presents a clear and present danger.
I would like to see them defend why it is a crime to give someone water waiting in line to vote.
I think Mitch was afraid they would be forced into doing that. They feel forced to do it. This though gives us time to pass build back better.
I just say I totally agree with that. And I also think the January 6 Committee is speaking to this issue of democracy.
