I say this as background so that you understand my inherent distrust of NBC's and Comcast's promises.

One of my other concerns about Comcast/NBC--and this impacts people in Minnesota and all over the country--is their cable bills.

It is a problem when the same company produces the programs and runs the pipes that bring us those programs.

But with Comcast, it is going from one pocket to the other, with Comcast/NBC.
