This immediately brings to question the filibuster and I was encouraged that Joe Manchin in this audio that was released the other day by the intercept, has said that he is open to a modification of the filibuster.
I think that we`re heading in that direction. Joe was very, very frustrated with the vote on the January 6 commission.
