I thank the chairman for allowing me to ask a question. I want to know because I have only been here 2-plus years. But it seems to me that actually, from my perspective--this is my perspective--this committee has worked in a pretty functional way. It took a long time. We started having hearing on this however long ago was it, about a year and a half?
