What this bill would do is allow States to develop a Home Care Consumer Bill of Rights exactly like we have in Minnesota to protect seniors from abuse and neglect and exploitation.

This is Trump’s party, certainly in Georgia, and this is -- there is just a split in this party and it couldn’t happen to a nicer party. Unfortunately, I think it’s bad for democracy.

This is not a bill that we can pass through reconciliation like we did the Relief Act. So this immediately brings to question the filibuster.
