I am aware of those figures. First of all, I think two comments must be made. They are per-State figures. They also include roughly $2 million which is designated for arts education. We are designating far more than that for arts education. I did not include that in the title. Mr. Chairman, if the gentleman would continue to yield, the other fact that they distributed I think is very misleading. They do not include, in the total being distributed to the States, the arts funding that we are distributing, and it makes it look like every State is getting less money. That is simply not true.
