The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available in this Act may be used for the Investigative and Public Affairs Unit of the Federal Bureau of Investigation except for the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives, the Most Wanted Terrorists, and missing children programs.
