If a Chinese company, most likely backed by one of their State-owned enterprises, built and operates a system, whether it be space-based or terrestrial, I would be concerned that they would now have the means and the access to steal sensitive data, whether it be personal information, sensitive technology, or business information, that they would be able to conduct espionage, that they would be able to block access, et cetera.
