America will not survive another 250 years by turning to extreme ideologies that have destroyed every society in history that they touched.

The PLAN for Broadband Act would increase coordination among all relevant agencies to streamline permitting, identify barriers to deployment, and ensure we can improve connectivity for rural communities.

I commend him for his service, which serves as an inspiration to us all.

I am glad to see the subcommittee advance this vital legislation so we can bridge the digital divide.
