This amendment would require the leasing plan to include a consultation plan with Tribal Governments. Current law allows for sufficient consultation with relevant agencies and Tribes. This bill does nothing to change underlying leasing laws that the Department of the Interior is subject to. So I urge a ``no'' vote on this amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
