Our nation's veterans have sacrificed so much for our freedoms, and we must ensure they have every opportunity to succeed when transitioning into civilian life.

It also prioritizes investment in the forces and capabilities needed to strengthen deterrence and improve military readiness to maintain a strong U.S. posture.

The legislation enhances the quality of life for servicemembers by increasing their pay by 5 to 7 percent, as well as improving housing, education, and access to childcare for military families.
