Tim Walberg actually said...

Time and again the administration has made end-runs around Congress and the American people we represent.

Unfortunately, rewriting the law through executive fiat and circumventing the public rulemaking process undermines this goal.

As opposed to getting out of the way so that people who do know how to create jobs can do that, including our States.

I guess I would like to ask any of you who would like to weigh in, the fact that this has unfortunately languished in the Senate.
