I have an amendment at the desk. The CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 13, insert after line 12 the following: (I) Whether the rule or set of rules harms wage growth, including wage growth for minimum wage and part-time workers. Page 13, line 13, strike ``(I)'' and insert ``(J)''. The CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 580, the gentleman from Michigan (Mr. Walberg) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Michigan.
