Many of us have tragic stories of pill mills in our district. And my district in Michigan is, unfortunately, no different.

Congress has an obligation to examine how laws can be modernized in order to restore and uphold the rights of all of its workers.

It is my understanding that this committee is considering legislation that requires unions to have re-certification elections.
