I am proud to see the subcommittee consider my legislation, the bipartisan PLAN for Broadband Act, which would increase coordination among all relevant federal agencies so we can close the digital divide.

By advancing bipartisan solutions, we can ensure that future generations enjoy the same world‑class fisheries and natural treasures we cherish today.

I urge the Senate to quickly pass the budget resolution so we can begin the process of securing our elections, supporting our troops, and providing certainty for our food supply.
