Why did it take you so long to change the policy, not only of putting COVID patients back in the nursing homes, but also reporting?

It shouldn't be disproportionate, based on which State you're in, which party your Governor is in.

I want to be a help, certainly, but I think we have to do what the data says from other States as well.
