The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. 10002. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to promulgate Directive 293, issued December 16, 2010, by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. The Acting CHAIR.
