It is still wrong to give credit to for-profit prisons and stadiums for CRA.

Yes, you can say that, but it doesn't make it right or wrong, right?

I am giving you notice that we have a serious problem with you giving credit for these kinds of activities that have nothing do with access to affordable housing.

Government has to be about people. And right now, they are rigging the system.
