The $150,000 now only applies to the marketing loans and the loan deficiency payments. This would expand it to also include the other benefits from price support of the forfeitures and the certificates. This is a new CBO estimate that they just gave us this morning. The old CBO estimate said that it was going to be something like $600 million. They gave us the new estimate this morning of $1.33 billion.
